Fabulous base for discovering San Juan with consistently courteous staff from the reception desk.

Brand-new and clean hotel, the staff is superfriendly. Within 15 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

Overall very very good stay. Well-maintained place, non-smoking room, accommodating staff. Food was good and tasty, we loved it.

The hotel is reasonably clean and the staff are professional. The pool area is lovely too.

Everything was great and we had such great time.

Everything was perfect! We loved the hotel, it was family-friendly and spotless. It had beautiful location. There were elegant rooms. The restaurant was excellent and the food was excellent.

Room was well-organised, stuff was kind, and hotel's location was decent. I loved the lunch in Metropol walking distance to the property. Efficient service too.

Beautiful place for long weekend. Great food, especially awesome breakfast. Plenty of supplies in the room: microwave and free Wi-Fi. With simple check-in and late check-out, this hotel was pretty standard. I liked that the venue was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Immensely pleasant staff, nice building, beautiful room. Take a look at Isla Verde district, it's worth it. And near to the International Airport and Old San Juan and the beach. Hotel friendly customer service.

It was a convenient hotel and also clean enough. I liked average room, the bed was really comfy. The staff was very helpful and also was willing to help. The pool was heated.

So convenient location, relatively quiet guest room. Huge suite and comfortable enough bed. Extremely courteous staff that liked their guests.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, private parking, attentive personnel. We had a sea view from our room. The bar is relaxing.

In the bathroom water pressure is weak.

Planned to see San Juan major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. It had a nice restaurant. The room was fairly priced.

It truly was a great experience. Isla Verde neighborhood was worth exploring. We loved our time here...
